Careers
Built for people with range.
Open roles appear here when we have them, and we read speculative applications year-round. The process is a paid trial project rather than a whiteboard, because the only reliable signal is work.

What we look for
- Range over specialism. The people who do well here move between design, implementation and testing in the same week rather than defending a lane.
- Evidence of taste. Send something you made and can defend. A repository, a case study, a side project still running. Credentials are interesting; artefacts are better.
- Written clarity. Much of the work is asynchronous. Explaining a trade-off in writing matters more here than it does at a larger firm.
- Comfort being accountable. Everyone here talks to clients and owns what they ship, through launch and past it.
How hiring runs
- 01
Send work
A link to something you built and a paragraph on what you decided and why. No cover letter needed.
- 02
Conversation
An hour with both partners, about your work rather than about trick questions.
- 03
Paid trial
A small real piece of work, scoped to a week, paid at our standard rate. You keep the money either way.
- 04
Decision
Within three days of the trial, with written feedback whichever way it goes.
