Services

Design, engineering, platform and quality, from one team.

Four disciplines that stay connected throughout the project, so decisions do not get lost between teams and the product stays consistent from first concept to production.

Capabilities

01Interface design

We prototype in code because a static mockup hides the states that matter: loading, empty, error, long content, narrow screen, slow connection. Attention hierarchy is decided before anything is styled.

You receive a system, not a set of screens. Tokens, components, and the rules that keep them coherent.

02Product engineering

Customer-facing products, dashboards, portals and internal platforms. We build against a design system rather than a pile of screens, so the fifth feature costs what the second one did. Rendering strategy is chosen per route rather than applied as a blanket default.

You receive a typed, tested, documented frontend in your repository, deployable from a clean checkout.

03Platform & API

Multi-tenant data models, authentication, roles and permissions, background jobs, payment rails and the migrations to move it all forward without a maintenance window. Audit trails where a number has to be defensible.

You receive a versioned API surface your frontend and any future partner can build against.

04Quality engineering

Testing is a discipline here, not a task at the end of the sprint. The suite is written alongside the feature and wired into the pipeline, so regressions are caught by a machine rather than by your customer. Written test plan before the first test.

You receive a suite that runs on every pull request and blocks the merge when it fails.

Engagement models

Project

A defined outcome with a written scope, a fixed price and a date. Best when you know what you need built and want it delivered without a running meter.

Retainer

Ongoing capacity by the month for teams with a live product and a moving roadmap. Includes maintenance, dependency upgrades and an agreed response window for incidents.

Embedded

We join your team for a quarter, in your tools and your standups, and work as internal engineers. Used most often to get a stalled build moving or to raise a codebase to a standard your own team can keep.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Scope

A call, then a written scope naming what is in, what is out and what it costs. Fixed price for fixed work.

  2. 02

    Build

Weekly demos against a staging URL you can open at any time. Progress as it happens, not at the end.

  3. 03

    Harden

Performance, accessibility and load passes before launch, against a published standard. Findings fixed, not filed.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Documentation, credentials, a recorded walkthrough and thirty days of support. Then it is entirely yours.
